About the survey
The Early Help Directory (sometimes known as the Family Services Directory) provides information about local services available to children, young people and families across Liverpool.

We would like to improve our directory of local family services and SEND Local Offer services. In order to do this, we need to hear your thoughts.
We would like to thank you for being as honest and specific as possible in your feedback when completing this short survey.
This survey will close on 21st February 2020.
Privacy Notice
All information collected in this survey will only be used as part of the Liverpool City Council initiative to update and improve the Early Help Directory. All information will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It will not be shared and will be stored securely for a maximum of 12 months. When it is no longer needed it will be destroyed.
