This East Lancashire Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership survey is to gather feedback about Blackburn Birth Centre.
We'd like to know about your experiences so that we can support the service with information about what is going well and what could be improved. Blackburn Birth Centre is a midwifery led, 'stand alone' birth centre, which is used for births and for clinics.
This survey is only for people who have birthed or laboured at Blackburn Birth Centre, at any time. There will be other surveys to complete for other birth settings soon, and for other users of Blackburn Birth Centre.
