Emerging Leaders Expression of Interest Registration 2022

The Emerging Leaders Programme is open to Fruit and Vegetable Industry Team Leaders, Supervisors and 2ICs. Seven cohorts will be run across NZ with places limited to 16 people. Participants are asked to commit to all sessions in the 12 week programme.

Please note there is a grower cost of $250 (+GST) per participant.

Starting dates and locations include:
23rd May - Central Otago
30th May - Canterbury
27th Jun - Gisborne
4th Jul - Hawke's Bay
19th Aug - Pukekohe
22nd Aug - Bay of Plenty
14th Nov - Nelson/Tasman

Applications close 2 weeks before each start date (I.e start date = 23rd May then close date is 9th May 11.59pm).

About Emerging Leaders:

12-week programme including four online + two in-person workshops (at the start and end of the 12 weeks)
Weekly check-ins and three coaching sessions
Daily tasks on learning EdApp & bite-sized modules

Develop your skills, tools, and confidence to lead yourself and others more effectively. Modules include: Understanding the importance of Emotional Intelligence, Developing Self Awareness, Managing your emotions, Resolving Conflict, Delegation, Building relationships with others to lead confidently.
