At HCRG Care Group, our community healthcare services are designed to bring high-quality care closer to where people live, learn, and work - outside of traditional hospital and GP settings. We support individuals of all ages, delivering care in homes, schools, and community spaces.
For adults, this includes community nursing, rehabilitation, and support with physical and mental health needs to help people stay well and live independently.
For children and families, we provide a host of support including community paediatric services and specialist speech and language therapy, helping young people thrive in their everyday environments.
Aligned with the NHS’s 10-Year Health Plan, our approach focuses on prevention, early intervention, and personalised care. By working in partnership with local councils, charities, and voluntary organisations, we deliver joined-up, compassionate support that strengthens health and wellbeing across neighbourhoods and communities.
