This survey is only up to 15 questions (depending on answers given) and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. It is being run independently by Shropshire charity Community Resource, in collaboration with Ercall Magna Parish Council. Results will be reported by Community Resource's Rural Housing Enabler as statistical data without identifying individual responses.

As part of Ercall Magna Parish Council's commitment to focus on the needs and quality of life of the local community, we need to understand the housing related issues faced by parish residents now and in the near future. We need to ensure our community is sustainable and adaptable for the needs of local people whilst retaining what makes Ercall Magna our home.

• The purpose of this survey is to capture housing need
• Complete the survey if you have a local connection and are considering moving home either within or into the parish of Ercall Magna should the right housing become available.
• One survey per housing need (family, single, couple). This may include people within your household that want to set up a separate home within the next 5 years; please ask them to complete a separate survey.
