ICON provides professionals, parents and carers with help and guidance to deal with babies and crying. Babies crying can lead to some parents / carers losing control when this becomes too much and results in shaking or harming a baby with devastating consequences. In addition babies need be in safe sleeping positions and environments to prevent unnecessary deaths and injuries. This Knowledge Nugget will hopefully help and guide.
