Please read the information on the website about our Sixth Form including the Sixth Form Subject Information Booklet and our admissions procedures.

Please press SUBMIT FORM when you have completed the form.
 

Once we have received your application, we will email your Head of Year (with the email address you provide on your form) in January to ask for your predicted grades.
Please inform your Head of Year that we will be doing this and of the deadline, which will be Thursday 5th February 2026.

Please note that your application to the Sixth Form can only be processed once we have received both your Application Form from you and the predicted grades from your Head of Year.
