Grafton Tennis and Squash Club Questionnaire

As you might have heard we are going to make some improvements to our club house.

So we would love to hear from you - what YOU would ideally like to see changed at our clubhouse. We can’t guarantee that all your requests will be actioned or implemented immediately but we will make sure that we can improve the issues and facilities that the majority of you would like. So it’s your chance to get your voice heard!

The survey is being conducted according to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct. Your data is completely anonymous. For this to work well please be as honest and frank as possible. There are no right or wrong answers. Also, to gain a good overview of our members, we would like to ask a few demographic questions. Please do fill out every section of this questionnaire.
