On behalf of the community development team at Newark and Sherwood District Council, I would like to invite you to take part in a short survey to have your say on the places and people that make your community in Hawtonville.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY
We know that communities need spaces to meet and come together, and this survey is designed to help the council understand what buildings, open spaces and clubs are used by the community in Hawtonville, how often these are used, and if there are opportunities to improve them.
Your responses will help us understand how well the current indoor and outdoor facilities meet the needs of residents in Hawtonville, the quality and the range of services on offer and what you think might be missing or could be improved.
RESPONDING TO THE SURVEY
Please complete ONE survey per household. The survey allows for feedback from all those living within the household and should take no more than ten minutes to complete.
To complete the online survey, you will need to provide the first line of your address.
