Healthwatch North Tyneside is an independent charity dedicated to helping make local health and care services better for you. We do this by finding out your views and experiences of health and care services and feeding back to the people designing and delivering services so they can be improved.

We want to celebrate the North Tyneside services providing excellent care while also finding out what can be improved. To do this, we need feedback from you.

Share your experiences of local services in the last 12 months and we will help make your voice heard.

The information you provide will be stored safely and used anonymously. Visit www.hwnt.co.uk to find out more about our work.

You can sign up for our eNews and enter our prize draw to win £100 in love 2 shop vouchers at the end of the survey.
