Healthwatch Essex has launched a new project exploring ‘Experiences of Community Pharmacies in West Essex’ on behalf of the NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board. We want to understand people's experiences of using local community pharmacies and how they could be improved.
As part of our project, we have designed a survey to hear your experiences of using local community pharmacies. (These are also known as high street pharmacies or chemists, but do not include hospital pharmacies or dispensing GP practices.) Please help us by taking a few minutes to complete the survey below. Your voice is important in helping to make positive change.

All participants will be kept anonymous and any information you provide will be strictly confidential. Healthwatch Essex may use quotations from this survey in our final report, but they will be attributed to an anonymous resident from West Essex.
