In the wake of COVID-19, remote working has become normalised. According to a report by the ARUP Group,  there has been a drop in demand for commercial office spaces in central urban locations with more localised hubs being utilised. The future balance of work is likely shift towards a more hybrid way of working. We would like to capture the awareness of existing co-working spaces and assess the demand for local co-working and flexible office space in the future.
