At Family Fund we always want to hear more about your experience of receiving a grant from us through the National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS). This survey will ask you to tell us a little bit about how easy or difficult you found it to get a grant through the NDCS scheme. We also want to understand the difference a NDCS grant makes for you and your family so this survey includes some questions about how things are going at the moment for you and your family.
Any answers you give to questions in this survey are confidential and only the Family Fund evaluation team will have access to any potentially identifiable data.
We will use your answers alongside those of everyone else who takes part to evaluate the impact of NDCS and look for ways we can improve the scheme in future. We may share these findings with funders, on our (or partners’) websites in order to increase awareness of this or similar schemes in future, and to advocate for support for families like yours which may include sharing findings with the media.
We will take every care to ensure that it is not possible to identify you personally from any of our findings, this will include redacting findings that relate to very small numbers of people, removing identifying details and otherwise editing quotes.
We may share anonymised data with funders, partners or publicly. This data will be anonymised, and anything which in the opinion of the evaluation team could identify you, such as quotes which include details of your personal situation will be removed before being shared.

The safety of children, young people and adults is of paramount importance to Family Fund. We have specific safeguarding policies and a dedicated safeguarding team in place to ensure the safety of families. The safeguarding team may make contact with you if they believe you and your family may need additional support.
This survey will take around 3-5 minutes to complete.
