Please read this quick introduction before completing the survey

What is the NHS App?

  • The NHS App is owned and run by the NHS
  • It can be accessed by anyone over 13 years old registered with an NHS GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man.
  • Once you have verified your identity in the app, you have 24/7 access to a growing range of health services and information
  • You can also access features of the NHS App by logging into your NHS account via a web browser
  • The NHS App doesn't replace existing services. You can still contact your GP surgery in the usual way
  • However, using it will save the NHS money as messages can be sent for free
  • The services you can access on the App will vary depending on those offered by your GP practice.

This survey has 6 or 8 questions about the NHS App and should take only 2 - 5 minutes of your time.

There are some further questions about yourself. These questions are optional, but they help us understand how different groups of people experience health services.

Thank you for your time, your feedback matters.
