Healthwatch is the independent champion for people who use health and care services.

Healthwatch Knowsley, Healthwatch Liverpool and Healthwatch Sefton are working together to understand people’s views and experiences of hospital stays – especially when hospitals are busy and people are having to be cared for in ‘overflow areas’ because the hospital was full. This might be on the trolley in a corridor, squeezed into a ward or in any room not usually used to patient beds.

If this has happened to you or someone you care about we want to hear about the experience.

Your answers are anonymous unless you want us to contact you about your experience and choose to give us your contact details for that purpose.

At Healthwatch, we are committed to data security and privacy. All responses to this survey will be treated in accordance with data protection legislation and local Healthwatch privacy policies. Privacy notices can be found on your local Healthwatch's website, or contact your local Healthwatch for more information.

If you need this survey in another format (paper, large print or by telephone), please contact your local Healthwatch.

Thank you for sharing your experiences.
