Lifecraft Review

Lifecraft is a user-led organisation for adults in the Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Newmarket area who have experience of mental health difficulties in their lives.  We want to review our objectives, and in order to do this we need to hear from as many people as we can who have come into contact with Lifecraft, or have views on help for people with mental health difficulties in general. 

This survey has been sent to you because we believe you might have some views to share. We have appointed a consultancy to help us with the review, called Taproot Ltd., and they are going to be collecting the survey information. 

The survey is anonymous, which means that your personal data will not be collected in it. 

The survey should take 10-20 minutes depending on how much you want to say. You are welcome to skip any questions you feel don't apply to you.
