Overgate Hospice asked Healthwatch Calderdale to support them in gathering feedback about the services they provide. The feedback will help them get a better understanding of what local people think the Hospice does and can offer, so they can improve how they raise awareness and spread the word about how they help patients and families in Calderdale.
Overgate Hospice provides expert care, support, advice and information for patients who have a terminal illness or a long term condition that cannot be cured (also known as life-limiting). They also provide support to patients' families, carers and loved ones.
Healthwatch is the independent champion for people who use health and care services. We are working with health and social care services to help them understand your experiences.
