As part of our survey for fire and rescue services, we may collect personal data such as your email address and the organisation you are representing. This is so we can contact you in relation to your responses. This data will be used solely for the purposes of understanding how fire and rescue services are working to comply with the duty to prevent sexual harassment, and to identify where the Equality and Human Rights Commission can further support duty bearers pursuant to our statutory functions under the Equality Act 2006. The results of the survey will not be published.
For more information about we handle your personal data, and your rights in relation to this, please see our privacy notice. This survey is being conducted through SmartSurvey, who may also process personal data. See SmartSurvey’s privacy policy for further information.
