Healthwatch North Somerset is committed to giving the public a bigger say in shaping the services they use. This survey will gather feedback from a diverse range of communities, about experience of Weston General Hospital Accident and Emergency Department and Clevedon Minor Injuries Unit. If you live in North Somerset and have tried to access either of these health services in the last two years, we would like to hear from you.
Your insights will help inform services what works well and what could be improved. We will publish an overview of our findings that will be available later this year.
