How this information will be used
This information is being collected by the British Dental Association in collaboration with the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK)/College of General Dentistry to support the policy activity undertaken on behalf of the profession. All data collected will be treated confidentially and used for research purposes only.
What happens to the data collected?
Data from all participants will be anonymised, coded, combined and analysed independently by our research team. Direct quotes from the survey may be used in reports and publications but all data will be anonymised to ensure that participants cannot be identified.
Storage of your personal data
All information that you provide to us is stored on secure servers. The data that we collect from you will not be transferred to, or stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Your personal data collected through this survey will be stored for up to seven years. Data will be stored on our servers and our survey platform which is SmartSurvey.
Access to information
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
What do I need to do?
You are not required to take part in this survey but your participation will help us to better represent you.
