Redditch Shopmobility provides short-term hire of wheelchairs and mobility scooters to support people in accessing shops, banks, cafés and other facilities within the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
Redditch Borough Council would like to hear from both current and potential users about what matters most to them, and any improvements or changes that could be made to the service in the future.
This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will close at 4pm on Saturday 12 September.
