Redbridge Skills Maturity Assessment

1. Redbridge Skills Maturity Assessment

This survey is for all staff at Redbridge, regardless of role, and your completion is important for our overall vision and strategy! Please complete by Friday 13th May. It should only take 10 minutes of your time to complete.

Our vision is to make data work better for Redbridge Council and its residents. Data skills are one of the key elements to achieving this, whether that is just receiving data in excel, reporting on resident information to advanced data analytics.

To help us do this, we first need to assess the current level of skills across the council and identify:
  • The gaps our employees have in the skills they have and the skills they need,
  • Employees who want to close those gaps and/or develop their skills
  • Understand how much time we are spending unproductively with data and the value we can extract
The idea of the survey is that we hear from all our people across the organisation, no matter your role, so we can provide you with development opportunities to help with your roles now and future careers.

Thank you in advance for your responses!

Julian Ellerby, Director of Strategy at Redbridge
