Liverpool School Street project

About this survey

Liverpool City Council has rolled out “school streets” at eight locations where the road outside or adjacent to the school gate is closed at drop off and pick up times. This is to encourage a safer environment outside the school, improve the environment, encourage improved physical activity and help the environment.

We are keen to get this right and so we invite you to tell us what you think by using the survey below.

This project has been funded by the Department for Transport and the Freshfield Foundation depending on the location of the scheme.

The scheme is experimental and subject to an Experimental Traffic Regulation order. The initial consultation period will run until March 2023. After this time, a decision will be made at each site whether the scheme should become permanent.
