The Scottish equine sector (led by BHS Scotland, World Horse Welfare and Horsescotland) and the Scottish Government are currently revising the Scottish Code of Practice for the Welfare of Equidae.

The survey will run from 1st December 2025 - 5th January 2026.

Please note that this draft is still in development and will be refined further based on the feedback we receive. If you are able to review it before completing the survey, it may help you to identify ways it can be improved and may more accessible.
