Welcome to the Skills Survey
In order to try and reduce the impact of Covid-19 on our priority services, work is taking place behind the scenes to identify any gaps in our services and where staff can be moved to support them. This is a time for us all to pull together to support each other and those teams who are most in need.
To ensure we have the right people in the right place, a skills matrix is being created to help match people to those areas in need, based on individual skills and experience.
All staff are asked to take a few minutes to complete this survey. This is regardless of your current situation. There is an option to tell us if you are self-isolating or fall into the vulnerable groups.
Please be reassured that individual backgrounds and situations will be taken into full consideration prior to staff being matched to another position.

The information collected in this survey will be held by HR. The information will be used for staff organisation purposes during the period of Covid-19 disruption only. All information collected in this survey will be securely destroyed as soon as it is no longer required.
