Have your say on local outpatient services
If you have had an appointment in a hospital or clinic but not needed to stay overnight, also known as an outpatient's appointment, we want to hear from you.
Covid-19 had a significant impact on our services which has led to longer waits for many patients, and a rapidly increasing waiting list, particularly for people waiting for outpatient appointments.
We are looking at how we can tackle this growing challenge by making changes to our outpatient services to provide care in new ways, reduce the need for unnecessary trips to hospital, and free up our doctors’ and nurses’ time to help more patients.
If you, or someone you care for, have used our outpatients in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin in the last two years, we would love to hear about your experience and what you think about our ideas to improve these services.
