It's hard to believe we are now at survey 3 of 4 in this study.  Thank you to those who are still consistently supporting this research, reviewing your surveys across the seasons could offer valuable insights into the #bluehealth benefits of stand up paddling throughout the year.

Please continue to engage with the Facebook Group too we love seeing and hearing about your adventures.

Huge appreciation also to those who are regularly using the mini mood tracker for more real time insights.

Survey 3 follows the same format as Survey 2, with a couple of adjustments following your feedback. Once again "save and continue" is an option, but please do attempt to complete this in full, in one go and once only, where possible.
