The State of Health and Care in Lincolnshire
Healthwatch Lincolnshire is your independent champion for health and social care. We want to understand what it’s really like for people living in our county when they use local services; from GPs and hospitals, to social care and community support.
By sharing your experiences, you help us identify what’s working well and where improvements are needed. Your feedback is used to influence those who plan, deliver and monitor services across Lincolnshire, including the NHS, local councils, and care providers.
Every response helps build a clearer picture of the state of health and care in Lincolnshire. Together, we can make sure that services meet the needs of everyone in our communities.
This section focuses on experiences of primary care services in the past 12 months, including:
- GP practice/surgery (This includes all the services and care provided at your practice. This might be by a practice nurse, paramedic, social prescriber as well as GPs and other healthcare professionals.)
- Pharmacy
- Dental
If you have not experienced one or more of the above in the past 12 months you will be moved onto another section.
You can save your progress at any time and return to the survey later.
