COVID-19 Vaccination Programme - Tell Us Why

Since December 2020 the NHS in Norfolk and Waveney has been offering vaccinations to every single person who is eligible.
We know that vaccines remain our best defence against serious illness and hospitalisation from COVID-19. Vaccines help to:
  • reduce your risk of getting seriously ill or dying from COVID-19
  • reduce your risk of catching or spreading COVID-19
  • protect against COVID-19 variants
We know that not everyone has taken up the opportunity to have their vaccination and there are many reasons to this. If you are someone who hasn’t yet had their vaccination, we would like to hear from you.
This is an anonymous survey, and your feedback will help shape our future vaccination programmes.
