Westminster Council is transforming two spaces at Victoria Library into a Community Hub as a pilot scheme lasting approximately one year. This space aims to reflect you, the community, and offer services, activities and events that you would like to attend.
We have done some initial engagement in the south of the borough to find out, from the community, what our priorities should be and what you would like to see in your local community spaces. The feedback we received was that the overarching theme for this hub should be about ‘Community Creativity & Innovation’.
