All OSB Group employees taking part in volunteer activities are required to complete this form.
Please can we take this opportunity to remind you:
All employees are entitled to 14 hours volunteer leave per year;
Volunteer days cannot be carried forward into the following year;
Volunteering time should be taken place during an employee’s normal working hours, unless agreed otherwise with your line manager; and
You will need approval from your Line Manager prior to submitting your application.
