This diagram is a suggestion of the new design of getting support and accessing urgent and emergency care in Doncaster. It shows that calling 111 or 999 to find out what's the best service to access before walking straight to the Emergency Department. It also shows that you can still walk into the urgent & minor injuries centres to also access the emergency department. Is this the right design? HAVE YOUR SAY.

1. Are you happy that as first port of call, instead of going into any physical hospital building, you would ring 111 or 999 to be directed to the best service to visit - such as minor injuries, urgent care or A&E? *

2. Tell us your thoughts on physically entering Doncaster Urgent Treatment Centre to be triaged to the right care, one of those options being A&E.  *

3. Tell us why you think this could be beneficial for accessing urgent and emergency care? *

4. Do you think that this is the best route to getting urgent and emergency care? *
