This survey is to understand how parents in Warrington access childcare for their family. We want to understand what the barriers and challenges are to accessing formal childcare. Formal childcare is when you pay for childcare using a provider who is registered with Ofsted or a Childminding Agency.

If you can't complete the survey in one go, please don't worry there is a 'Save and Continue’ button on the survey, this gives you the flexibility to progress and continue later. If you decide to opt for ‘save and continue’ you will be prompted to provide your name and email address. You will then receive an automated email confirming your response, and a unique URL link back to pick up where you left the incomplete survey.
