Warrington Borough Council is carrying out a Community Governance Review of Culcheth & Glazebury. This review provides an opportunity for residents, local organisations, businesses, and other interested parties to share their views on current community governance arrangements and any proposed changes.
Your feedback will help inform the review and ensure that local governance arrangements continue to reflect the identities and interests of the community, while supporting effective and convenient local government.
This survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and the closing date is midnight on Monday 30 November 2026.
It is split into six sections, as follows:
- Section One: About You
- Section Two: Community Identity
- Section Three: Current Governance Arrangements
- Section Four: Future Governance Options
- Option A: Retain Existing Arrangements
- Option B: Separate Parish Arrangements
- Option C: Changes to Electoral Arrangements
- Option D: Dissolution of the Parish Council
- Section Five: Community Governance Priorities
