The Housing Position Statement aims to be a short document outlining our needs across the support accommodation landscape in Warrington for people with complex needs. Complex needs covers people with a ‘Learning Disability, profound multiple disabilities, Mental Health, Autism and Acquired Brain Injury’.

The information contained in the statement is aimed at property developers, landlords, housing associations, care providers and their housing partners. The document is currently in draft and we would very much welcome views and thoughts on the content of this document. You can view the draft document here (opens in a new window).
