Emotional Wellbeing Parent Carer Survey

Emotional Wellbeing Parent Carer Survey

The local NHS wants to find out what young people and their families want and need when it comes to support with mental wellbeing.

Please give us your views on this short survey. Feel free to share the link with friends for them to also let us know what young people in the district need. Any thoughts are useful, we would like to hear all suggestions you have.

The survey is anonymous, so no one will know what you have said, but your views will be used to help us create the right services.

If you prefer, you can text / ring us on 07970 204 924 or email wakccg.engagement@nhs.net. If you need the survey printed or in another format, please use these details.

Thank you for any feedback. This will really help us to know how to make the services fit what young people and their families need.

We have set up few online Zoom 'meetings'. It will be just two people from the NHS who are keen to hear from young people. You can just use the chat function or you can talk on or off camera - whatever is best for you.

There is no need to register to join these, just log in on the links below on the date and time for each.

As a parent, what support do you think you need or needed with your emotional and mental wellbeing? Either generally for yourself or when your child was experiencing difficult emotions.

Was this different before your first child was born, after birth or as your child was growing up?

If your child has emotional and mental wellbeing problems…

Do you feel able to support your child or young person to understand their emotions?
