Participant information
Together Wirral is working with local stakeholders and organisations to map the local youth provision network across the Wirral.
We know that there is a diverse network of youth service providers in the area, but we want to understand who is doing what, and where, to address fragmentation and help build a more connected and sustainable service.
What is the survey about?
The survey is about your organisation's youth work offering, your capacity, and your experiences. We are asking these questions to understand the local youth provision landscape so we can identify gaps, recognise local challenges, improve collaboration, and determine what a successful youth service looks like for the Wirral.
What are you asking me to do?
Complete this survey, which should take around 10 minutes. There are multiple-choice questions, slider scales, and free-text options for you to share your thoughts.
What information is being collected?
As well as your perspectives on the challenges and successes of youth work, we will ask for information regarding:
- Your organisation
- The young people you support
- Your workforce
- The services you offer and deliver and your engagement with professional training
Why is the information being collected?
The questions asked in this survey are important to help us understand capacity, identify challenges and establish a baseline map of the current youth provision across the Wirral.
Who is collecting the information?
Hitched Communities is conducting this research project on behalf of Together Wirral.
How will the information be used?
The data will be analysed and a written report produced, which will be used to help build a professional, connected, and well-resourced strategic approach for the Wirral's combined youth service moving forward.
