Hello Everyone.
You may have been aware that DH Trailblazers have been working to develop the All Inclusive Leadership training programme in the last few months. This is an updated version of the old FYD Leadership programme that stopped in 2001,with new activities and a more concentrated effort on deaf and hearing working together through the communication theory.
I know many of you on this group found the training programme very valuable and in some cases a life changing moment for you. We now have a generation gap of 22 years with 18 - 40 year olds, who have potentially missed out on the opportunity to have the same experiences as we did.
The success of the old Leadership programme, was based on the promotion model of word of mouth. Long before the internet and social media. The principle was to ensure the quality of the training was so high that people who experienced it would spread and encourage others to take part describing how it benefited them.
I have created a poll below and I am asking everyone on this group to complete this to help DH Trailblazers to have snapshot of what potential demand there is for an All Inclusive Leadership programme today.

1. Over the last 22 years, have you come across anyone in you daily life, deaf or hearing, where you thought, they could have benefited from the leadership training you experienced?

 

2. Can you indicate roughly, how many of those people you have come across related to question 1?

 

3. When we set up the All Inclusive Leadership Training, would you be willing to promote this by word of mouth and encourage those people you know who could benefit this?

 

4. Would you be willing to film a short video of yourself describing how the training benefited you for DH Trailblazers case studies portfolio?
