There is no ‘pass’ or ‘fail’
The training / video relies on "Youtube" access so please ensure this enabled for you.
They provide a basic awareness which should be supplemented by the delegate attending actual courses.
Certificates can be obtained if required by emailing multiagencytraining@bolton.gov.uk
