The State of Health and Care in Lincolnshire
Healthwatch Lincolnshire is your independent champion for health and social care. We want to understand what it’s really like for people living in our county when they use local services; from GPs and hospitals to social care and community support.
By sharing your experiences, you help us identify what’s working well and where improvements are needed. Your feedback is used to influence those who plan, deliver and monitor services across Lincolnshire, including the NHS, local councils, and care providers.
Every response helps build a clearer picture of the state of health and care in Lincolnshire. Together, we can make sure that services meet the needs of everyone in our communities.
This section focuses on experiences of social care in the past 12 months. Social care includes for example:
- Care homes
- Children’s services
- Community care officers
- Healthy lifestyle services (e.g. One You Lincolnshire)
- Home adaptations and equipment for independence
- Home care
- Lincolnshire Carers Service
- Occupational Therapists (OTs) in adult care
- Social workers
- Wheelchair service
