The Care Workers’ Charity is gathering insights from care workers on their experiences with delegated health tasks. A delegated healthcare activity is an activity that a regulated healthcare professional, such as a nurse, nursing associate, occupational therapist or speech and language therapist, delegates to a care worker or personal assistant. We want to understand the impact of these responsibilities on your role, the training and support you receive, and whether you feel fairly recognised for the work you do.
Your feedback will help inform our discussions with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) as we advocate for fair pay, proper training, and appropriate supervision for care workers taking on these tasks.
As a thank you, every Care Worker who completes the full survey will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win:
£100 for one lucky participant
£50 each for two participants
