This form is for reporting heritage crime that has taken place on/in a scheduled monument or protected wreck. To help you locate which scheduled monument or a protected wreck you are reporting on, you can use Cof Cymru, an online service that displays depictions and associated record descriptions of Designated Historic Assets in Wales.

For reporting heritage concerns regarding listed buildings and registered historic parks and gardens, please contact your Local Planning Authority.

Call the police on 999 in an emergency, such as when:

A crime is in progress such as unauthorised works and/or damage (i.e. demolition or destruction, damage, removing, alterations, flooding, tipping or metal detecting)
Someone suspected of a crime is nearby
There is a danger to life or property
Violence or threatening behaviour is involved

Call the police on 101 or go online to report crime and other concerns that do not require an emergency response, such as:

When property has been stolen or damaged and the suspect is no longer at the scene
If you suspect unlawful metal detecting is happening on a non scheduled site without land owners' permission
To give the police information about crime or anti-social behaviour in your area
