BloomShield CIC is conducting a short study to understand the digital and organisational capacity needs of grassroots voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations.
We want to understand how organisations currently manage their work, where capacity pressures occur, what systems they use, and what kinds of support could strengthen their ability to deliver sustainable community impact.
The study explores eight areas:
Governance · Funding · Programmes · People · Data · Impact & Evaluation · Digital Systems · Partnerships
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes.
This is a needs-assessment study, not an assessment of your organisation's performance.
There are no right or wrong answers.
Participation is voluntary. Please do not include personal information about individual beneficiaries, service users, staff members or volunteers in your responses.
Your responses will be used to identify common organisational capacity needs and to inform the development of future capacity-building approaches for grassroots VCSE organisations.
