The Museum Learning and Education Grant programme is a rapid response fund that supports museums to develop and test new learning initiatives for schools and home-education providers.
This grant funding is provided by Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and Department for Education via Arts Council England (ACE) and is administered by Museum Development South West. Eligible museums can apply for up to £20,000 (minimum £5000) per Accredited Museum to support new activity working with schools and home education groups. Please read the application form including the essential criteria and grant guidance carefully and fill in all sections of the application form. If any of the questions in the application are not relevant, please use N/A.
