NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the organisation responsible for planning health services in Lancashire and South Cumbria.

We want to improve ADHD support for adults. Right now, people can wait a long time for assessment and treatment. We have been talking to people living with ADHD about how we can:

- offer earlier support
- offer practical help, as well as diagnosis and medication
- make sure people who need more help can get it more quickly

Talking to people who live with ADHD gave us lots of ideas about we could do, based on what they said would have been helpful. We want to know what you think about these ideas.

This survey will ask for your opinion on the ideas we're thinking about. There are no right or wrong answers. What you tell us will help us decide how services work in future.

Anything you say in this survey will be kept confidential. It will not affect how you’re treated by clinicians.

The survey should take 10 -15 minutes to complete. It has 3 parts:

Part 1 - questions 1 - 7

Part 2 - questions 8 -17

Part 3 - questions 18 -22 - optional demographic questions
