Welcome to the Community Hubs for Wellbeing Application Form:
We are looking to fund projects that support places and spaces to develop as, or continue on their journey to becoming, fully accessible and inclusive Community Hubs for Wellbeing which bring their community together and promote wellbeing.
The application process will open from Monday 19th October until 23:59 on Friday 22nd January 2027.
Before you start
Please ensure you have:
- Read the criteria
- Confirmed the organisation is eligible
- Developed a clear project idea aligned with the fund priorities
Your application will be assessed only on the information provided in this application.
To be successful you will need to meet all of the criteria for the fund. Funding is limited and we cannot support every project, even if it meets all of the criteria.
