Hi! Thank you for the interest in the AI Youth Council. We are really excited to hear young people's views on the future of AI in health and care. Please complete this short form so that we can keep a log of our members and provide more information about the Council. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
The form will begin by confirming Data Protection rights and consent to collect the required data. It will then ask for contact information (including that of a parent/guardian if interested participants are under 18 at time of submission), followed by questions about experience of AI and/or similar Councils. Completing the experience questions is not mandatory, and no prior experience is required - we welcome everyone to join!
