Please complete this survey to arrange an Audience Development surgery with Christina Lister.

The surgeries are designed to offer 1:1 support on an audience development topic that you have identified.

Potential topics could include, but are not limited to:

• Seeking feedback on your audience development plan
• Data collection for audience development
• Consulting with audiences
• Engaging online audiences via social media

MDM will acknowledge your request within three working days.

MDM will confirm eligibility and then provide details of how you can book a 1:1 surgery directly with Christina Lister. Your surgery is not confirmed until you have booked a time slot with Christina.

Eligibility

Please note that surgeries are limited. Priority will be given to delegates from non-NPO and non-National museums in the Midlands which are Accredited or officially Working Towards Accreditation. 

Surgeries will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to priority organisations.

If you are not a priority organisation you may complete the form to request a 1:1 surgery; we will acknowledge your request and add you to a waiting list. If the surgeries are under-subscribed we may offer you a place at a later date.
