Healthwatch Surrey are independent and have statutory powers to make sure decision makers listen to the experiences of local people. With Giving Carers a Voice we champion the voice of local carers to shape, improve and get the best from NHS health and social care services.
Carers UK define an unpaid carer as anyone who cares for someone who is ill, disabled, older, has mental health concerns or is experiencing addiction and is not paid by a company or local authority to do this. Often this is a family member or friend. We are particularly interested to hear carers’ experience of accessing primary care for the people they care for.
There are 27 questions (plus 12 optional demographic questions), and it will take about 10 minutes to complete. Responses to this survey are anonymous.
