Whether you are a frequent volunteer with Run 4 Wales, a lapsed volunteer or haven't yet volunteered with us, we want to ask you some questions!
The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and you can choose to enter the giveaway on the last page.
Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator. Please complete the survey by 23rd January to be included in the giveaway competition.
We are giving away a R4W event entry for 2026 (choose any event you like!) and a £50 Cardiff shopping gift voucher or Amazon voucher. Winners will be notified by email.
